Are you saved?
If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)
Have you invited Jesus into your heart? Have you asked Him to save you? Accepting Jesus is THE most important decision you will ever make in your life. If you’d like that personal relationship with Him, and want to be certain that you’re going to heaven when you die, here are the simple ABCs of Salvation:

Admit you have sinned. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)

Believe on Jesus Christ. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. (John 3:16-17)

Confess Christ with your mouth. “…that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10)
When you ask Jesus to save you, God washes you clean and you are made new. He sends His Holy Spirit to dwell inside your heart, and He no longer remembers Your sins. God now sees Jesus when He looks at you. Being saved means you have decided to follow Jesus with your whole heart, and you trust that ONLY His finished work on the cross saves you from sin and eternal death in Hell.
So now you have a decision to make. If you want God’s free gift of eternal life, why wait? Go to a private space and pray this salvation prayer out loud:
“Heavenly Father,
I admit that I’ve sinned against You. I realize that the penalty for sin is death. Thank you for sending Your only Son, Jesus, to die, shedding His own blood on the cross in my place so that I could receive His righteousness by faith. I confess my sins to You and ask for Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus died and rose again so that I can be forgiven and live forever with Him. I now surrender my life to Jesus Christ, my Lord and my Savior. I receive eternal life, in Jesus Name, Amen.”
The Bible says we are saved by grace through faith. God sees our heart. We are not saved by saying formal prayers…we are saved when we reach out by faith and admit our sin, believe on Jesus Christ, and confess Him as our Lord and Savior! If you prayed this prayer, Heaven is rejoicing!! (Luke 15:10)
Now that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you must continue to follow Jesus. Read the Bible to learn about Him and grow even deeper in your faith. Pray daily. God loves hearing from us. Talk to Him openly and honestly.
